Our return policy is effective for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. Sorry, no returns on orders under $20. We'll do anything we can to help get you the exact item you need. Refunds (if applicable) If you would like to return your item, please send an email to email@example.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed with a 15% restock fee applied, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days- depending on your bank.
If you would like to cancel a made to order item(s) for which the order was placed 3 or more days prior you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production. Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully to verify whether you are purchasing a made-to-order or ready to ship item. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or need a size replacement.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include your full name, order number, and the reason for your exchange. For all size exchanges, please be sure to include the item description and the exact size you would like the exchange for. For damaged or defective items, please provide a brief description and a photo (if possible) of the damage or defect.
